I placed an order at the end of June and after several emails asking about the status of my order, I finally received a shipping notification at the end of July. I’ve ordered several bottles from various online retailers and without exception, an adult signature was required at the time of delivery. Not with Youbooze, which was a red flag. I finally received my order and found the order was short by one bottle. I reached out to their customer service and received no response. I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal to resolve the issue. I don’t believe this is a legitimate retailer and if it is, stay away. The prices are not worth the headaches.

You are a fraud! You never delivered the purchased items. I had the credit card company pursue you!!!!

You sent me an unexplained mailing that said I’m being fully credited for the amount of that purchase and I don’t understand why. I don’t know if it is a stocking issue, inability to deliver the product into my state by mail or something else. I sent an email asking for an explanation and have not heard back. As I explained, this is my wife’s favorite Bourbon developed when she lived in Arizona. Is there an alternative in getting this product to me?

I give it a 1 star because they did assign my order an order # immediately. I noticed they charged my card immediately as well. I’ve sent 3 emails (1 requesting response, 2 demanding response/explanation) and received NO reply. Ultimately disputed their charge to my card after 15 days, no tracking, no info at all except an order#. I’ve used other online liquor stores with great success. Sadly, I found who NOT to use now.

Rated a 2.0 ONLY because they do answer their phone. Appears to be a very small company. For run of the mill products they may be Ok but for high-end products they are playing a really disreputable game. I ordered Pappy Van Winkle 10 Year because they offered the absolute lowest price at the time. Claimed it shipped but when I followed up they admitted they didn't have it yet but GUARANTEED it would ship in 10 days (7/20/24). Followed up on 7/25, still didn't have it and didn't know when or if they could get it. So if you want to order high-end, be prepared to wait months, literally. Everyone else I checked had it in stock and I ordered it from a company that was only $50 more and they shipped it next day. :O
