The item took weeks to be delivered (I received emails everyday telling me it was on its way but not a delivery date). The quality of the pashmina is awful to say the least! Cheap material, stitching is appalling. I paid £25 for this and am so disappointed. There is no way I'd ever wear it, I'd be too embarrassed. I expected more from the cost of it. Cheaply made and nasty to look at! Dont buy from this company!

Just received a fur winter hat , it's disgusting! The quality is so poor , what a scam ! Looks nothing like the photo, it's so bad it's going in the bin. Do not order from this Chinese outfit !!

If I could give less than one star I would. Long Delay as goods are Coming direct from china. Dress eventually arrived and was cheap and totally different from the description in in pictures. Returns policy is to china and buyer responsible for all costs. Total Scam !

Don’t order from this company ,customer relations are terrible and won’t refund for poor quality ,extremely poor fitting swimming costume.They expect you to send to china and totally ignore all e mails.There is a return address of Edward Unit 5 Nexus close Central Bay Feltham London but any reports on line are terrible

Beware, avoid at all costs. I bought a pair of orthopaedic slippers from this shop. When they arrived they were poor quality with a plastic sole which I felt would be unsafe if the underlying floor was damp. I requested that I wanted to do a return. I was told that I would have to pay to send it back to China or exchange it for something else( which I don't want). This company needs to be reported to trading standards for failing to be mention that you may be required to send back to China. Clearly says 100% guarantee, full refund within 14 days. Disgraceful, sharp practice.

This Company !!!! The return policy makes no sense to me you return to China expensive YES . The cost of the dress ,I returned yesterday to address on parcel they are not accepting my cost on this was first class with tracking,just to get the dam parcel back ...they are still ignoring everything . What I find funny they don't reply unless you use strong words in email reply comes fast then .Please ignore this company at your cost I am down a dress,down postage,down refund ,this was a strong lesson for me I am out of pocket and I am 70 years old never again please avoid

I ordered a swimsuit from them and had no correspondence from them at all I contacted them after 6 weeks and they claimed to have emailed me to say I had not enclosed a delivery address, I did put my address in and did not receive any of the said notifications, this company is an absolute disgrace they have said they are not refunding my £30 and as a 72 year old OAP that is a lot of money for me to lose.

Really poor quality material and stitching. Paid £30 for a dress which Shein would have been embarrassed to have charged a fiver for. When you want to return it they say they can either send you another one for free, and to keep the current dress, or you have to pay to return it to china and then - at their own admission - wait weeks for them to inspect and decide whether to refund. If they would prefer to send you a second dress for free than take the original back, this show how cheaply made their clothes are.
