Said Royal Mail and next-day. Still an uncollected China label.
I ordered on 25 September 2026 from york-boutique.com. Order YB5663, £24.95. Checkout said free Royal Mail shipping. The homepage said orders before 11:30pm are shipped tomorrow, and “fast and free shipping.” I bought a birthday present for my friend. I told them this on Saturday (the 25th). They responded quickly, but didn't comment on the deadline. What I got was a 4PX tracking number, 4PX3003199005037CN. As of 2 October 2026 the only scan is “parcel information received” on 26 September, “waiting to be picked up by the carrier.” It has still not been collected. The tracking has not updated since Monday (the 28th). It missed the birthday deadline. They emailed that it was “on the way.” Then they said that it had already been handed to the carrier and could not be cancelled. The carrier record says it is still waiting for pickup, which openly contradicts this. They told me to wait, receive it, and return it. Their policy says returns go to a warehouse in Asia and a return can cost about £25, which is more than the cost of the item. Every reply has called me Stella. That's the name on the delivery address, not my name. I've corrected them three times now, so they're clearly not reading my messages properly. This is either incompetence or laziness. The legal company on their shipping policy is Maasline Commerce LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, not a shop in York. I would not have ordered if the page had said China, 4PX, and one to two weeks. I have cancelled and asked for a refund. They have not issued one.
