A very misleading company advertising like they are in the uk in actual fact they are based in America and goods shipped from China. I bought a pair of trousers costing £35, took weeks to arrive, nothing like the picture or description. Quality dreadfully cheap and I ordered small and could have got into them twice as they were so big. Due to the costly returns policy for international shipping and the other option of purchasing something else for the same money but asked to pay a further £9.95 postage, I am going no further and will have to lose my £35! Do Not Use this company.

This company uses a UK name but products are shipped from CHINA !!!! I only found out when I tracked my parcel . Companies should be made to state where products are being shipped from . I have since read reviews which say products are cheap and not like online pictures. Beware shopping online from unknown sources.

The product shown on the website is NOT what you receive. I ordered an advent calendars which clearly shows 3D figures. What you receive is a a very small box with flat plastic printed 2D characters. I bought as a present for a child and would not upset her by giving her such a poor gift. Returns apparently must be sent to China at your own cost even though there is UK address on the delivery parcel. Only 30% refund is offered. Let’s see if I even get that. Foolishly I thought paying a little more would give me a better product. I was wrong. Please be warned people!

I was taken in with the YORK name and British postal service so thought this was a British company but no....Chinese! I'm trying to return my order but I know it's going to be difficult. Please read all reviews before ordering!!

Do not buy from them. They shop from China and you can not cancel your order. Thr photos ara all AI generated.

The photo showed what I thought was a coat. It isnt, it's a glorified hoody. I cannot get my money back unless I send the item to China, which they have said will cost £25. This shop is called York Boutique, there are pictures of women with bags with York Boutique on them, on a street that looks like York in UK. It is all a scam, I have lost £40. Avoid them like the plague.
