DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE PROVIDER. Terrible clothes. Bought a coat and not as described. Website says full refund no questions asked. This is in its own box on their front page. Then the small t’s and c’s say it have to pay to return to China. I will be using the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to insist I get full refund as you are entitled to goods as described. The coat looks like a sack and not the fitted item in their photo.

If i could have given it zero stars i would have. The parcel comes from China and you have to pay return costs - around £25. The dress i bought is made of a ghastly polyester/nylon fabric like an olden days housecoat. It squeaks and rustles when you put it on. It has no labels whatsoever so no washing/ironing instructions. Do not buy from this company!!! They wouldn’t refund me even tho the parcel had not been shipped.

Very slowly in “arriving” and then have them say it was delivered when it wasn’t. I have a camera in my garden and checked this too. Yet they replied saying no refund can be provided as they trust the delivery status. Never will I order from here again!

I had to pay to return goods to China even though they were sent to me from the UK. I have waited weeks for a refund and they tell me the goods are still in customs. This has now been going on over two months.

Appalling! Misleading website and emails purporting to be a UK company when in fact they are registered in the US and shipping is from China. I'm usually very careful not to buy from chinese companies because I know they take ages to deliver and you cannot afford to send back. My slippers took almost a month to arrive, are the wrong size and very poorly made. I definitely would not recommend them.

I ordered some orthopaedic slippers and accidently ordered a second pair. They arrived, poorly made, poor quality, not orthopaedic, a complete waste of money and have gone straight into the bin. Do not buy from this company - a complete con.

Do not use York Boutique. They advertise as a local niche clothing company The clothes on the website look totally different to what arrives through your door. And they are above average in pricing. My dress was £35 and same quality as Shien. Very clever photography of clothing. I wanted to send my dress back and recieve a refund unknowingly it was from China. I was told I would have to pay postage which was £25! Leaving me with only £10 refund.

The website looks like it a small, English boutique. Completely misleading. They dispatch the goods quickly , saying Royal Mail but then it soon becomes apparent it’s from China. Not a good quality as shown, over priced, long delivery time & no communication to return. This was a gift for my mother’s birthday & i was totally embarrassed giving it to her late & its unacceptable. Look elsewhere… even shein is better!!!!!
