Absolute scam. Delivery is from China and took 4 weeks. Slippers were way too small although I ordered my correct UK size. You have to pay for return to China before they will refund and then I hear they say they’ve not received it. If you want an exchange you have to pay another 50% for postage - what a joke. I am reporting to the ASA and my bank fraud department who have accepted the issue.

I regret that I did not check this company more thoroughly before placing an order. I wanted a dress for a lunch event and allowed 11 days for delivery. However, what is not clear on the website is that goods are shipped from China and takes at least two weeks for delivery, so I was disappointed that it did not arrive in time for the event. My enquiry regarding delivery only elicited an unsatisfactory standard email response. When the dress arrived, the material was more like a nightdress than a dress. It looked nothing like the image on the website. It was also slightly smaller than I expected for the size I ordered. I emailed to ask about a refund - I was emailed and told they could send me a label and I had to ship the item back to China at my own expense (which I think is between £25-£30)! Or I could exchange it for something else of the same value, and keep the dress which didn't fit me! The shipping charge for an exchange is £9.95. I have decided to write off this purchase and put it down to experience.

An online Chinese fast fashion operator. All the clothes were cheaply from cheap fabrics (nylon, plastic). Customer service number is a mobile that isn't answered. Refunds are given when you pay to return goods at your own cost to China. You are told for the extra cost of shipping, you can get replacement items. I did this and got a nylon hoody sent to me of poor quality. The website makes this Chinese brand look English, its deceiving.

Do not buy from this firm. They purport to be from York, but are Chinese. This whole website is a scam! Bought a dress with a retail price of £80. Delivery took far longer than stated with order. When I opened the very cheap packaging it arrived in I was totally shocked. The garment looked nothing like it did in the picture on the website, and was made of extremely cheap, thin material which resembled very poor quality nylon/polyester. The photograph, on the website, showed a full back panel, the garment received had an extremely badly sewn seam right in the centre of the back. Returns have to be sent to China at the customer's expense, around £25. You are conned through very poor quality goods and then conned again through having to pay for the return of these shoddy goods. Beware!

Item took ages as direct from China. Poor quality and certainly not as represented in the pictures. Return process awful as it costs just as much to return as the item is worth. Total rip off company.

I ordered a top thinking that it was a uk company and the price suggested that as it wasnt cheap . It is polyester rubbish and to send it back would cost the earth as it has to go to china!! It is unfair that they are allowed to dupe you that they are an outlet from York . I would suggest to stay away from this website

This is a total masquerade. Website says "Try it at home, love it or return it. Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked." Not true refund less postage to China. from website again "Our designated return warehouse is located in Asia. International return shipping costs vary depending on the courier, parcel size, weight, and selected service. As a general indication, return shipping may cost approximately £25." Lets not even talk about the quality. Both Temu and Shein are better. Will be reporting to Trading Standards. Should have been aware. They don't take Paypal. caveat emptor - buyer beware

This website is misleading to the point of being a scam. It's based in China which isn't made clear when ordering. The shirts that arrived a month after ordering are cheap, horrible and completely different from what was shown in the listing. I have emailed them to try and arrange a return (because there is no returns form on the website) but I won't hold my breath so I think I've lost £40 on shirts that are fit for the bin.
