As the other comments says, Yokkao says that items are shipped from Europe, but after purchase and a small mistake from my part, I had to : - Pay tax fees for receiving my first (wrong) item - Pay fees to return items to Yokkao in Thailand - Pay tax fees for returning the item - Pay a new purchased item on their website - Pay new tax fees for the purchased item - Didn't get refunded on the first purchase - they added money to my Yokkao Wallet instead of refund me on my credit card Very disapointed by Yokkao and their multiple hidden fees, also not helping the customer by : 1. Writing that items will be sent from EU, as we bought those on EU shop - Informing him about the possible tax fees in front of order - Not even paying fees for returning items + multiple taxes - Not even refuding on the credit card used.

Bought from the UK store but the items shipped from Asian store so I was hit with a €128 import fee on a 240 order. Tried to cancel my order but they wouldn’t allow it. Very dissatisfied. They need to email a warning after purchasing about possible fees. Was hoping to get more gear but they’re way too over priced when adding on the fees. What’s the point of the uk store?

Do not buy from this company. I bought 3 pairs of shin guards and one size was too big. I sent them back to exchange them for the correct size and they never sent the shin guards back. I have emailed them an no response. They are ok quality and way overpriced.

Dopo 19 mail a cui yokkao avrà risposto 3 volte in maniera inconcludente rinuncio al rimborso accettando un cambio che però non è MAI stato preso in considerazione. Ho perso SOLDI (costo della maglia più prima spedizione) MAGLIA perché se la sono tenuta e 10 euro per la seconda spedizione. Servizio di post vendita inesistente. Nulla di positivo nella mia esperienza AGGIORNAMENTO: Trovo doveroso aggiornare la mia transazione con Yokkao. Sono stata finalmente contattata telefonicamente dal costumer dell'azienda. Lamentano una problematica di ricezione mail. Comunque il tutto alla fine si è concluso con un rimborso completo

Je suis extrêmement déçue par l'expérience que j'ai eue avec Yokkao. J'ai acheté une paire de gants de boxe sur leur site en avril 2024 pour plus de 150 euros, et après seulement quelques utilisations, un défaut de fabrication majeur est apparu : une partie du gant n'était pas cousue, ce qui a provoqué l'ouverture du gant. Un cordonnier a confirmé qu'il s'agissait d'un défaut de fabrication. J'ai contacté leur service client en juin 2024, après avoir eu des difficultés à les joindre en mai en raison d'une maintenance de leur site européen. Une employée de Yokkao a reconnu le défaut et m'a assuré qu'un échange serait possible après validation par leur équipe technique. Malgré mes relances, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse concrète. Plus récemment, j'ai été informée de manière inadmissible qu'un échange n'était plus possible car leur politique de retour est limitée à 14 jours, ignorant totalement le fait qu'il s'agit d'un produit défectueux. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de respect des droits des consommateurs est inacceptable, d'autant plus que je suis une cliente régulière de leur marque. Leur refus de remplacer un produit manifestement défectueux montre un mépris total pour leurs clients. Je déconseille fortement d'acheter chez Yokkao, surtout si vous recherchez un service après-vente compétent et respectueux de la garantie légale de conformité.

How you treat your customers, robbing small children of their hard earned money, is absolutely disgusting.
