In order to review the situation internally and see whether we could take any additional action on our side, we requested photos of the delivery location and the mailbox. Unfortunately, it appears that these photos were sent only to the shipping company and not directly to us. Without receiving this information ourselves, we were unable to proceed further or escalate the case internally. Please note that the shipping carrier and YOKKAO are two separate companies, and while we work closely with our logistics partners, we do not have direct control over their delivery processes or final decisions.
