I will be reviewing Yokkao on these subjects - Quality of products - Service and delivery Quality of products: When I received the products i could already tell that it was a very good quality. This is ofcource matched by the price! The shorts are in a very comftable fabric and the t shirts are aswell. The only disapointing thing here is the quality of the print on the shirts i cotton. Very poor compared to other brands. But the "print" on the sports shirts are very good! It is ofcource not printed on these, but made as part of the fabric used. For the ones interested in size, I am 194cm tall and weigh around 83kg I wear size L in shorts and the fit perfect! I wear size M in sports shirts and they fit a little tight I wear size L in cotton shirts and they fit oversize Service and delivery: I have nothing positive to say about this! Let me tell my story: I orderd my products on the 11 th april 2021 and it stated that it would be deliverd to Phuket within 1-3 working days as I was not preordering, but ordered from stock. The days passed and I wrote with the costumer service, where Wan told me countless times that the products will soon be shipped and that I may have to wait up to 12 working days. I thought it was a little disapointing, but I could manage just fine. So I waited some more and on the 15 th of MAY he promised that it would be sent. So I have now waited a whole month and I was soon to be leaving for my home-country. The reason Wan told me that it would be sent on this date was becouse i told him that Yokkao had made a big mistake not sending the package as promised and that I becouse of this, needed the order to be shipped to Denmark to my home address. When he promised me that it would be sent i was relieved but ocource it was not sent that date! On the 17 th of may the package was sent and I just recieved it before leaving Thailand. I have no trust in Yokkao becouse of this and I am very disapointet with all the false information the Yakkao team and Wan wrote me about when it would be shipped. Overall i would not recomend that you buy from Yokkao if you dont have months to wait for your package! As a tourist this is often not the case so watch out!

Very poor quality gloves keep hitting the tips of my thumbs and they dont feel like 14oz gloves feel . Wouldnt reccomend buying this should have gone with my gut and bought Twins .

Honestly the worst online experience I’ve ever had with a company. Incredibly rude, broken English, terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of Muay Thai fighting shorts from the European headquarters of this Thailand-based company. I ordered an XS as I am 5”6 and usually a small/ extra small in most clothes. When I ordered them I was shown the delivery price was €20 which is absolute extortionate, yet delivery to the UK is only €10 which makes no sense, however I bought the shorts. After a week they arrived, and they looked like baby’s shorts, I couldn’t get them past the top of my legs they were that small, when they lay flat on a surface they were no bigger than two of my hands placed side-by-side. The European store in San Marino (which the company had cleverly put here outside the EU to maximize profits, regulate outside EU customer protection laws and make the customer pay through the nose for delivery) doesn’t use European sizes, instead they use average Thai sizes which obviously is of no use to me. When I emailed the company about my problem they told me I should’ve bought a large, a large? My dad is a large in clothes I’m not a large. They also told me to send the shorts back and they will be changed, what they didn’t tell me is that I would have to pay for shipping yet again. After I paid for the shorts to be sent back over I was then asked what size would I like and would I be able to pay the €20 via PayPal. No. This is not acceptable, how can a company ask me, after paying two separate delivery fees then ask me to pay again for something they should cover. When I began emailing the European factory I was emailed by a man called David, he spoke in broken English with terrible grammar and in no way professional. He treated me like crap and continuously talked down to me all while demanding that I pay the return cost as it is part of their policy and sent me the company policy after every email thinking I was stupid? I gave up emailing David as I realised I was talking to a wall, and emailed the factory based in Thailand. Here is where I was met with a lie, the first email explained my situation and what I would like and I was met with “sorry for this misunderstanding. Your shipment will be done asap.” Which would seem like they have finally realised the error of their ways and allowed my shorts to be returned but after the ignored my next few messages I began a new complaint on their website to which I got a reply which stated “from this conversation there is no statement that you don't have to pay the shipment cost back to receive the shorts in another size.” But there clearly was a move toward the shipping I requested. This whole ordeal has me truly shaken up by the fact that they can and probably will get away with taking my money and my shorts and treating a customer like absolute crap, don’t trust company’s like this they seem to do what they want.
