I haven’t even received my package yet!! It’s been almost 2 months

Yokkao is one of the most respected brands in combat sports. So you can imagine how perplexed I was by this whole situation. First, customer service couldn't care less about what happened. I had to wait weeks for responses, and to this day I have not even gotten an apology for all of this. I could go on and on about how many times I had to contact them to get answers, and how little care was given to the responses but to make it as simple as I can : I ordered two sets (tops+bottoms). About A MONTH later the order finally shipped, with only the tops. I was informed one of the bottoms would never be back in stock (why approve my order in the first place then?) and that the second bottom would only be shipped months later. I decided to ask for a complete refund. I canceled the remaining bottom and shipped both items I had received to the indicated address. The return package was delivered to said address. After weeks, they DID NOT PICK IT UP. It was returned to me. It is passed the allowed time to return the items. Now, I am stuck with overpriced tops (quality DID NOT meet expectations) for which I have no matching bottoms. And, as I said, customer service could not care less. This whole ordeal has gone on for months now, and I must admit that they win: I am tired and have now accepted I got scammed and will not be following through with a formal/legal complaint. I highly recommend to AVOID this company at all costs.

I order a pair gloves and a deodorizer. The deodorizer never arrived, i contacted support and they’ve never help me.

I ordered a pair of gloves for my boyfriend's 30 birthday on the 3rd of January. Yokkao took my money (£169 with shipping) but haven't sent me a single update on the order, they've also ignored 3 emails I've sent them and messages I've sent on their Instagram and Facebook. Appalling customer service - I could have gotten 3 pairs of gloves for that price and they all would have actually arrived by now. Feels like an absolute con, I'm fuming. They can spam me with emails asking me to show off their product and tag them (it would help if we'd actually received them!!) and they have the gall to be launching ad campaigns when they can't even fulfill the orders they've got. Greedy, disorganised and dishonest company - don't bother!!

Ho effettuato un ordine nel mese di dicembre 2023 per un paio di pantaloncini da muai thai come regalo di Natale per mio figlio. Era specificato che sarebbero stati spediti dal 23 dicembre 2023. Ebbene a tutt'oggi 22 febbraio 2024 nessun pacco è arrivato e i signori non rispondono nemmeno alle mail con le quali chiedo spiegazioni, figuriamoci avere un rimborso! Poco seri per non dire altro.

Ordered some pads from Yokkao on 22nd November 2023. It is now 8th February 2024 and i still haven't received them. Was notified on 6th Jan the pads had been made and i should receive them by 18th January but still not received any shipping confirmation. Yokkao really need to spend some of their money on more staff to make and deliver the products instead of spending it all on flashy marketing campaigns. Avoid unless you are comfortable with not knowing whether your product may (or may not) arrive. Update: Now 27th Feb, I have emailed Yokkao 4 times requesting a refund since this review and heard nothing back. I have issued a chargeback with my bank as it seems they have just taken my money and ran.

THEY BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM AFTER I REACHED OUT TO THEM. 1. the order was: #YOKKAO-EU24418 2. the order came without an item (short carbonfit stadium S) 3. I contacted the assistance, they apologised and asked me to wait. 4. After a month of waiting, I contacted the support again and they told me that the item I had chosen was NOT in stock, proceeding then with telling me to choose something else from the list that they sent me, ( mind you on the yokkao site the item I had chosen was “available” lie ) 5. I choose another item, specifying that if it would take another month I would have preferred the refund, 6. next day, i had no answer via email yet, so I wrote on instagram. @YOKKAO verified account (I'm attaching the screenshots) I talked to someone who told me that you would have answered by email, still no response by email, the next day I go back to instagram and they had me BLOCKED. 7. The first thing that comes to mind: I will never get my 70€ back, they scammed me. So I immediately talked to my parents and went to read about the reviews: all negative. From the first to the last. Steal from people and don't ship your items.

Je remets un avis très négatif sur Yokkao ! Entreprise qui se moque ouvertement de ses clients et n'honore pas ses commandes. Samedi 20 janvier, je mets un avis négatif car je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande passée le 28 novembre. Le lendemain, miracle, je reçois un mail de Yokkao me disant qu'ils traitent le problème. Mercredi 24 janvier, je reçois enfin mon colis, mais il en manque la moitié !!!!!! Et, évidemment, la moitié la plus chère (les gants !!!!). Donc sur une facture de 319€, je n'ai reçu, 2 mois plus tard, que l'equivalent de 133€. Il reste environ 180€ dans la nature !!! Une honte absolue ! Un scandale !!! Ils pensent pouvoir me calmer en m'envoyant des miettes pour me faire patienter. Je précise que tout ça, c'est des cadeaux de Noël et qu'on est le 25 janvier !!!!! Donc je confirme et je réitère : ce site malhonnête est à fuir absolument !!!!
