Dear Leah, we are so sorry for your experience. Our schools prints them on demand and shipments are going out almost daily. We print them for students that don't have the opportunity to print this for themselves. We will make sure your get your print shortly. Please understand that we are a small group of teachers trying to make yoga education affordable for all. We don't have large departments etc. When you need to reach out its always easiest to just chat in our large forums or just talk to one of the teachers during one of the 70+ live classes per week that are available to you.

At Yogamu, we strive to make yoga teacher training accessible to everyone, often providing significant discounts to support our students. Our standard procedures do not include issuing custom forms, and creating new documentation can pose logistical and insurance challenges for us. Please understand that we are a mainly volunteer driven traditional yoga sangha with a small team of teachers. We understand the importance for your daughter’s school credits and regret any inconvenience this may cause. Normally students can just use the issued certification which clearly states the dates of the training taken. Does that suffice in your case? We appreciate your understanding and patience.
