Hi Adele, Thank you for this feedback. We're very sorry you had difficulties cancelling your membership. While our terms state that memberships auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand and cancelling is found in account settings, we apologize that it wasn't more intuitive and easy to follow through with. Our intention is to make it easy to pause and cancel as easy as possible so our team is currently in the process of implementing new features to make this easier (which should be available very soon). Hi Brittney, Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We're very sorry that you've had a disappointing experience and had difficulties finding our beginner-friendly classes. We have dozens of tutorials, beginner-friendly classes (with more on the way), and all-levels classes which are also beginner-friendly, and we understand the importance of making these accessible in an easy-to-use way. We are currently in the process of improving our site search functionality, filtering system, and site visibility to make these classes easier to find, and you will find major improvements in the coming weeks and months ahead if you decide to give us another chance. Regarding the t-shirt that is included as part of a yearly membership, we deeply apologize if there was an error on our end, it was not our intention. Sometimes the confirmation email that contains the coupon code gets lost, so please email our team at [email protected] right away so we can help you get that straightened out.
