I am so thankful for this live interaction with the Yoga Girl community. I was nervous about speaking with a stranger. However, for some reason, when the time came, I found myself sharing far more personal information with my partner than I had anticipated. Best thing I've done this turbulent year is joining this community. It's opened my mind and heart and helped me heal and grow, and most importantly MOVE again after so many years almost forgetting what that felt like. The site does a beautiful job of being as inclusive and available as possible. There is a practice for nearly every thing from feelings in the body (aches pains etc) to emotions (happy sad tired). I am absolutely loving the live practices. I love being able to practice with Rachel. It’s a dream to retreat and attend classes at island yoga, but this will do for now! 💕
