I love the Yoga Girl community ❤️ I also love Island Yoga it feels like a second home to me. Rachel and her fabulous team have done so much for me, before and after the 200hr training I took which was the best experience of my life !!!! This community is the safest place to open your hearts, to move and be vulnerable, no judgement just love.
