Excellent Customer Service
Yitahome has excellent customer service. I purchased a 230 gal deck box. The plastic on the front corner of the lid cracked. I do not know how this happened. I contacted Yitahome for a replacement lid. They were unable to replace just the lid so they sent me a new deck box. The process was very simple. I just had to email some pictures of the cracked corner.

Wonderful! Excellent customer service
Wonderful quality on outdoor furniture, fast shipping & GREAT customer service!! They are quick to respond and resolve any issues you might have! I was very apprehensive to buy from them because I haven’t really heard of them, but I’m so glad I did! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Really pleased with this purchase
Really pleased with this purchase. Superb quality for the price. Quick shipping - only a few days. Good instructions, everything needed was there and easy enough to assemble. I really like the solid metal construction of these pieces. Planning to order a few more to fill out the room.

I am the proud owner of a Yitahome dresser. It was easy to put together, lightweight, sturdy, and I can put so much stuff into it. I've owned it for about a year and nothing has shown any wear and tear. I'm going to buy more from them.
