this hair is not at all worth the price tag. almost 3 hundred pounds for hair that lasts around 3 weeks before it becomes matted and clumps together. Extremely difficult to manage. They say the hair is reusable, it is not. Human hair should not become this dry and unbearable after 3 weeks. Scammers

They give the run around. Ive been trying to get my hair since July yet my package keeps getting delayed. they had me pay for overnight shipping just to turn around & refund it & cancel my overnight delivery. I literally can't get my hair done & this will be the 3rd refund I have to get process which is also delayed. They inconvienced me 3 TIMES & now I never got my hair done & missed work & wasted money on appointments bcus they played. Fck ygwigs don't ever order from them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered five bundles of the same texture for my scheduled hair appointment, but instead received three bundles of one texture and two bundles of a completely different texture. The hair was unusable because the textures did not match and wouldn't blend well together. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience. I took the day off from work for my appointment, only to find out that I couldn't get my hair done because of the incorrect order. I now have to try to find another last-minute appointment before an important event on Monday. What made this experience even worse was the customer service. YG wigs website clearly states that urgent matters should be handled by calling or texting. I called and received no answer. I then texted, only to be told to email customer service instead. An issue that was clearly urgent was not treated with any urgency. As the hours passed, I was left without a resolution while my appointment came and went. Mistakes happen, but quality control should have caught something as obvious as sending mismatched bundles. When a company's mistake causes a customer to lose time, miss an appointment, and take time off work unnecessarily, I expect responsive customer service and an immediate solution—not to be passed from one contact method to another while the clock is ticking. I hope this company improves both its quality control and its customer service because this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Horrible costumer service no way of getting in contact with them my hair was suppose to be here by tomorrow and it hasn’t even been dropped off to UPS the tracking has been on “label created” for days I should’ve checked the reviews because I want a refund

I purchased Color 4 Burmese Curly human hair crochet hair from YG Wigs for approximately $300 and have been extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the resolution offered by customer service. I picked up the hair on June 8. Within days, the hair became severely tangled, dry, matted, and difficult to manage. Before even reaching the two-week mark, I was already considering removing the entire style because of how much effort it took just to keep the hair presentable. I am a braider and regularly work with human hair. I understand that all hair requires maintenance. However, this was not normal maintenance. Even after detangling and caring for the hair, it would become tangled and matted again within hours. The hair felt rough, became increasingly difficult to manage, and did not perform like quality human hair should. I specifically purchased this hair because I expected a reusable human hair product. Instead, I spent nearly $300 on hair that became difficult to wear and maintain within days. I contacted customer service immediately, provided photos documenting the condition of the hair, and attempted to resolve the issue directly. Despite acknowledging my concerns, I was informed that the hair could not be returned because it had been used. The only compensation offered was initially a $20 refund, later increased to $40, or store credit toward another purchase. Unfortunately, I do not consider a $40 refund to be an appropriate resolution for a product that cost approximately $300 and deteriorated so quickly. This was hard-earned money spent on a product that did not meet my expectations for quality, durability, or reusability. I strongly encourage potential customers to read reviews carefully, do their research, and consider all experiences before making a purchase. I wish I had.

Do not purchase from this company customer service will ignore you! And the hair smells really bad.

Total scam! First it took forever to arrive and many many emails asking about it. When I did finally receive it, the wig is total garbage. It was supposed to be “bone straight” it is not. It is very very wavy and the back is full of breakage all of the place and looks like a very damaged head of hair. When I contacted customer service they told me to wash it, blow dry and use a straighter. So I did and it did not help at all, still wavy, still damaged. So I asked for a refund and they told me no since it had be styled! They told me to do it! Now I have a $200 wig that is complete garbage and cannot be worn. Shame on this company for scamming people with cancer and other medical conditions!
