Recently purchased the G1M Plus exercise bike and it is great! Its such a smooth bike to ride with the magnetic resistance and the screen being attached is brilliant, just what I needed to kick off my exercise journey!

Absolutely love my Yesoul G1M Plus Bike! The build quality is excellent, the screen is super clear, and the workouts are fun and motivating. It’s been a game-changer for my fitness routine. Highly recommend!

I placed an order with Yesoul over 10 business days ago and it has not even been dispatched. Feels like a complete scam with the amount of marketing being done on social media. Their website states shipping within 24 hours on business days with delivery within 4-14 days. They also state that "if an item is temporarily out of stock they will contact you immediately to coordinate a suitable solution with you". There has been radio silence from them since i put the order in and no update on tracking. They advertise 24/7 customer care and 14 days return policy but the return policy has an excessive €50 euro or €100 euro charges attached depending on whether dispatched or not which is 25% of price of the product. Be careful of this company and read the small print. Update 12/12/2025 - To make matters worse, Yesoul emailed me back to blame strikes at the port in Rotterdam. They failed to acknowledge their policy of informing customers of delays which they didnt do. I also asked that if they were not able to dispatch in the next day or two that they refund me my money. The failed to address this and so now I am stuck with no refund. They simply said that the order was expected to land in the port in rotterdam by end of December (obviously after Christmas). God knows how long it would then take to get to Ireland if it even ever shows up. Terrible customer service!

Fast reply with customer service and tried their best to solve the delay in shipment. Kept me up to date with dates and shipped very quickly . Bike was easy to assembly and a fantastic price !
