Order and delivery of the bike really good, however arrived and doesn't work, customer service horrendous no resolution other than told to try and fix it myself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPNAY TYPICAL CHINESE RUBBISH

I purchased a Gim Plus Yesoul bike and it was delivered very quickly even though I live in Ireland! Thanks to Rachel and the team! I followed the instructions on building the bike and it was very straightforward! Just take your time and enjoy the experience!
