I have been very pleased with the response and follow-up since my initial contact with Yes. The attention they have given me and the significantly reduced cost of on-line purchase has been a great benefit to an older couple on only Soc Sec income. I have found this approach to hearing aid purchase far superior to dealing with a medical facility. This is my sixteenth year and fourth set of wearing hearing aids, having begun at 65.I chose these Phonac pieces because of the significant improvement in the clarity of sound and the effectiveness of background cancelling.

Yes Hearing has made a HUGE difference in my life! I got my hearing back with their great service and assistance! Answered all my questions and then some! I highly recommend Yes Hearing!! I purchased an elderly friend of mine hearing aids a few months ago and Yes Hearing made the process seamless! My friend was scared to leave her apt due to Covid and Yes Hearing was able to send an Audiologist to her! It was such an easy process! Had a lousy experience with another company to obtain much needed hearing aids. I felt rushed and not adequately informed. Thank goodness for YES HEARING! They answered all my questions, worked with me to find the right hearing aids for MY hearing loss and I couldn't be happier with the service and attention! Everyone is so helpful and they communicate with me to make sure I am satisfied with my hearing aids! Hearing again never sounded so good!

The customer service provided by the COO is amazing and they do price match as well. Once you buy a product from them they will continue to follow-up to see how things are going! I give them 6 stars as the extra start for going the extra mile.
