Yes HearingReviews of yeshearing.com

Oli and the team at Yes Hearing made the whole process of fitting my mom with the best hearing aids for her lifestyle easy and trouble free. They connected us to a local audiologist for an in-home examination and fitting and then followed up to make sure we were getting the service and information we needed. When we decided to change hearing aid styles, the process was simple and trouble free. We highly recommend Yes Hearing to anyone in need of hearing professionals.

Great hearing aids at a great price. Sales and local set up service excellent as well. Thanks! JC Florida

Yes Hearing was excellent as they came to my residence and took the hearing test and then adjusted the new Phonax hearing aids. I am very pleased with their service and follow up.

From the moment I ordered my new hearing aids, this company was/is amazing !! I ordered wireless hearing aids top of the line. The hearing aid molds are smaller, which is nice. The tubing doesn’t exist with the product I brought. It’s a wire tubing. I’m so pleased my inner ear doesn’t get wax built up. I’m extremely happy and couldn’t have made a better choice if there’s another company out there. The middle man is out of the picture !! I was going to be charged over $ 7000. had I gone with who I had originally in 2008. For all these years, I couldn’t afford new hearing aids. I will continue to have a relationship with this company !! Again an amazing company !!!

The experience from the first phone call to the delivery was very professional.

All good. I have some issues like note going to Bluetooth for phone calls even after taps and listening to audiobooks. Overall very pleased. I hope you keep your promise about being available remotely. My rep is supposed to be looking into parts for old aids. Looking forward to his help.

I purchased my hearing aids on a trial basis a month ago from Yes Hearing and am extremely satisfied. I was apprehensive about purchasing them on line but was impressed and pleased with their representatives and their willingness to to meet my needs. They arranged for a very competent and experienced local audiologist to monitor and adjust the hearing aids to my satisfaction. And I can continue to reach out to Yes Hearing if I have any issues.

The hearing aids were purchased . The contact via phone with Yes hearing was excellent. The aids came with the Hearing aid audiologist. Legna spent a morning introducing me to the Phonak Paradise series 90 rechargeable aids. We had to get the password for the remote service worked on by another specialist via phone which was resolved. I was having an issue with the tap on the aid to answer the phone . Luke had me FaceTime to watch how I was tapping. That showed him what I was doing wrong and resolved the answering issue on phone calls. This is a great feature along with being able to steam from the phone or any device that can pair. The road noise is reduced a lot by the noise features on the aids . You hear everything in the vehicle without having to turn your head to watch them talk. Background noise is greatly reduced in the restaurant mode also. Rechargeable is the way to go. Used to change batteries every 3-4 days. You get a 45 day grace period. The online ability to check your aids and adjust them is the way to go. These are the best ...
