From point of sale to fitting outstanding service. Loved my audiologist

From start to finish all was wonderful!

Called yes hearing late one evening and my call was returned next morning.I already knew what I wanted.we discussed price and what would happen if I purchased.I purchased them at this time.I was kept informed and told who my contact would be.he called me and set up appointment.when he arrived,he gave me the hearing test and programmed my hearing aids.I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to communicate with me.I was very satisfied with everything.a week later I thought I was having a problem.I texted Ron and he called me immediately.we set up appointment for him to come back.he came and explained everything and finished set up.I have no problem since.when I walk outside in the morning I can hear the birds chirping.the best part is I don’t have to say what ever time someone speaks.thanks Rudy

Everything discussed and promised was done timely The technician they sent to my house was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly I was skeptical about using an internet provider. They delivered service as well as tremendous savings. I highly recommend YES

The best customer service and expertise I have experienced! And I have dealt with many hearing aid providers in 31 years! Oliver, Mindy, Hailey and Legna are the perfectionists! They have always been there to help and make sure that nothing is missed in order to achieve the highest hearing aid performance.... My experience from the first phone call with Lathan, Yes Hearing went very well. I purchased Oticon More 1. Knew what I needed before the first phone call. Lathan was very easy to work with. I needed it in a rush and everything meshed perfectly, Amanda Brody the Audiologist that came to the house to set me up was absolutely fantastic!!’ The whole experience and the price has been marvelous!!!
