I like love everyone at Yes Hearing after having my hearing aids for only a month I lost one (be careful removing your mask) everyone went above and being to make sure I had my replacement so I could enjoy my trip so thanks to all of them especially Katie

Yes hearing was a great experience for me and I can hear again things that I’ve missed for 20 years are now back and my wife is happy not having to scream at me. Catie and Ron are the best at follow ups and experience. Recommend for anyone needing their hearing back awesome products thanks Sam

Overall my experience was very good from purchasing online to having the local provider come to my home to custom fit my hearing aids. There were a few organizational mix-ups but they seemed more like some growing pains of a fairly new company. Phone and email follow up was excellent. Everyone was polite, and respectful, and competent. My local provider was outstanding in every way. I ended up with top of the line aids for far less cost than retail. I would use Yes Hearing again in the future.
