Yes hearing has staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty. There was no one in our area to help us but they worked and found someone. Tim came out and made sure everything worked and I could hear. My hearing is really bad I thought there was no hope. Laura worked diligently till she found the best product for me. As I need a mic to hear family with. I would recommend this team to anyone. I have never felt so good about a place before. Didn’t rush me and are there to help you. Thanks so much for help me hear my family again. I can hear things I had forgotten about. Thanks again.

How has this finally happened? An honest, bend-over-backwards to help, friendly place to buy highest quality hearing aids at the most reasonable price anywhere. Don't take my word for it, call them and find out. I've been ripped off by Miracle Ear, Costco and United Health Care (a company I love). I've tried 4 over-the-counter amplifiers. YEA -- YES HEARING -- YEA!!!

There was excellent and consistent follow-up to my query whether Starkey had a TV adaptor compatible with my LMC Edge AI 2400 hearing aids and my TOSHIBA Integrated High Definition Led Television that was purchased in 2014. After searching, YesHearing found a newly available Starkey TV adaptor, and the audiologist who programmed my hearings aids when I first bought them came and installed the TV adaptor and adjusted my hearing aids to interact with the adaptor.

I was not easy to fit. I tried multiple hearing aids. Randi was exceptionally patient and professional. I highly recommend her for her great attitude, patience and professionalism.

I tried several hearing aid providers with very little success. Nearly all only offered a “fitter” service until i contacted “Yes Hearing”. They were very pleasant and helpful. They promptly sent me the aids of my choice and connected me to a license audiologist who worked tirelessly adjusting the aids to meet my personal needs. The result is near perfect audio quality. In addition, there price for premium aids was the lowest.

I purchased the Phonak Waterproof Digital Bluetooth hearing aids. Since I had Phonak in the past, I expected a good product. Thus far, I am not disappointed. This company has thus far provided me with excellent service and availability to answer questions. The audiologists came to my home and did the hearing test. The audiologists also did the hearing aid fittings. At first, when I was told that the testing would be done in my home, I was skeptical about the accuracy of such a test performed in my home and not in a "sound-proof" room. The result was very, very good. How do I know this? I know this because I had had two hearing tests done within a month of the one done in my home. The results were the same. The only problem I had at first was with the app. The company had changed the app without any notice. The hearing aids would not connect using the new app. I notified YES HEARING and was given a Phonax customer service number. At Phonax, the representative walked me through the connecting process. I have not experienced any problems since.
