Went to purchase a pair of glasses on a Black Friday deal though the amount I confirmed via Apple Pay was $25 less from what was then emailed to me on the invoice. There’s no reason a reputable company changes/ leaves off shipping costs (which were already confirmed) unless they’re trying to trick people.

This is so scammy. Please refund my money. I would never EVER recommend these guys

Absolutely awful company I paid for express shipping (3-9 days), to their credit, they refunded the express shipping cost but now instead of rectifying the situation, they tell me since they refunded the express shipping, it will take longer. Now on day 7 of processing, there is no way you will get your order within their time-line. Use Warby Parker or anyone else.

trash product, customer service is very responsive until you ask where your refund is. no qr codes for return labels so you have to print it out. hot doodoo all around 💩

I usually buy 2 pairs of glasses every 2 years. Always open to trying new companies. This was the first time I considered yesglasses. I went to the try on prompt on my phone and could not find a way to use a stock picture from my phone album. Contacted Customer Service and was told I had to go to a computer to perform this task. I'm surprised that in this day and age this would be required. Especially, given that just about every other online company I have approached over the past 5 or 6 years, have phone-based try on service. I re-contacted C.S. and told them about my surprise. They wished me a good day. I was really surprised about the nonchalant nature of the response. I expected more from my American brothers and sisters. I will be shopping elsewhere for prescription glasses. Reached out by yesglasses on January 10. The service rep suggested that my inability to use my phone to access my stock pics was probably the result of my phone being dated. I responded that my phone was purchased within the last 6 months. I also pointed out that I was not having any problems using my phone with a multitude of other companies. I suggested that the issue was their problem, not mine and that I would in future be dealing with a company with adequate technology. Second response by customer service on March 5, 2024. Received email today asking me to check their site and see if their techies made changes. They have made changes The try-on element now appears to be working properly.

The overall quality is poor. I really liked the fact that you can custom tint readers (for example). However, I've now had numerous pairs break, fall apart after minimal wear and tear. I've had cheap readers purchased from Amazon last much longer. Former customer is done with this poor quality product and awful customer service. Be ware.

If I could give it no stars I would. It's aug 7 and my glasses have been shipped and returned and shipped and returned and still have never been to my door. My order says to expect my glasses to be delivered by July 28. I believe they were on there way around that day. Reached a post office in my state about 2 hours from me, sat for 2 days then was returned to the company. So then they reshipped it, and again it had reached a post office in-between Texas and Az and sat for 2 days and was due today or yesterday and now it's updates on its way back to Texas! What the heck! So over a month of waiting and 2 weeks of expected delivery dates and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Do not use this company. I ordered reading glasses almost 2 weeks ago and they still have not sent them out. I got a call to confirm the same information I'd already filled out on their online forms. That was last week (and they called me the first time after a whole week of being ordered). Today I check my email to track the glasses and see the order was put on hold AGAIN to ask me another question concerning uv coating. I told them I did not want coating on the last call and she said it was fine. They stopped the order again because as it turns out the woman was wrong, they come with the uv coating already on them. But instead of simply calling me they sent an email which I knew nothing about. These kind of out of nowhere online companies based in China are becoming very unpredictable, unreliable, and did I say annoying? I'll stick with the online companies I know that send my reading glasses out immediately, with RX... Caddis Readers, EZ Contacts, Prive Revaux, Frames Directs & Designer Optics. The only reason I used their website is because they allegedly have a lightweight frameless style of reading glasses that came up in a Google search. But trying to get this order completed has been a real pain in the neck. They can't seem to get the order together initially and have delayed processing by putting it on hold to ask me one more question; but I did not know because I thought the glasses were on their way following the last call. I do not recommend them. I'm also trying to reach them at their 800 number and the phone line keeps going dark and hanging up on me after being on hold for 6 minutes or so each time. Stay Away
