Glass s perfect except I wish I had ordered transitions. Would love to order same glasses with the transitions if I could get same price. Also fast shipping!

I purchased 3 pairs of round glasses from Yesglasses in the past month. All 3 were different sizes. The pricing for each was very competitive. The quality of each pair is great, and the prescriptions are perfect. The manufactur and shipping was excellent.

My order was right on point. The glasses are top notch quality the workmanship is great this is my 3rd order from yesglasses if you want quality and style this is the place to order from.

Here is my experience (in September 2026). I ordered a pair of prescription glasses with Transitions lenses. The finished glasses arrived 7 days later via FedEx (to Canada). Shipping was $15.99 - no additional brokerage/duty charges. I discovered that they had the wrong prescription - reading prescription rather than distance. Checking my order I found that it was MY MISTAKE - I had entered the prescription incorrectly on the order. I contacted YesGlasses on their online Chat, immediately got someone and explained what had happened. I asked if I could just order the correct lenses so that I could put them in the frames I already had. No - they couldn't do that ... but they offered to credit my credit card if I returned the glasses to them. They said they would send a return shipping label, but the next day I received an email saying not to worry about returning the glasses, I could keep them and they would refund my card for the full amount minus the shipping cost. i was sceptical that this would happen, but sure enough 3 days later my card was refunded. I was very impressed and decided to reorder (2 pairs). The glasses arrived again 7 days later with the correct prescriptions - all is good. I am amazed that their policy was so generous. Delivery was quick and the glasses are incredible value for the money. I can't speak to what experiences other customers have had, but my experience was outstanding. 5 Stars.

Glasses arrived in timely manner in nice, firm case. They have improved my vision just as I had hoped. They are lightweight and rest easily on the bridge of my nose. Very happy with this purchase.
