I would love to give a 5-star review. You make beautiful glasses. The quality is excellent and I have ordered from you several times. What I found difficult is your return process. I do not understand why I cannot do it on your website and have to interact with someone by email when other vendors let me pull up the invoice online and return there. I had to find the invoice and go back and forth with someone because there were no images of the glasses, and I didn't know which ones were which. There was no way to search for the designs, so someone had to send me the links to determine which pairs I was returning. The whole process took over 2 hours of my time. Please figure out a better system

I was so excited to actually get the deal that was advertised and not end up paying 5 times what I thought it would be. On top of that the glasses are great quality, and they look exactly like pictures! I was a little disappointed that it took longer than I thought, but other than that it was a great experience. I would definitely suggest you give them a try.

I really like the large variety of frames Yesglasses offers. I'm impressed with the quality as well as the time frame I received them. I can only hope that in the future they offer frames with larger lens.

Great deal and prompt shipping

I am updating my initial 1 star review on 16Jun (ordered 7May). Although my experience with Yesglasses has been frustrating and not ideal, I give a lot of credit to their responsive customer service who made things right — I received my glasses June 30th and customer support generously gave refunded me a portion of my purchase as a mea culpa. For all the frustrations I experienced great customer service. Overall the product I ordered was exactly as described, the frames are solid & feel durable, and the prescription elements correctly made to order. They came in what feels like a durable, higher-end case with the usual micro-cloth. I think the product is solid, but it seems perhaps the manufacturing » shipping process isn't as tuned-in as it should be. For example, when it appeared I wouldn't receive my order, I ordered a similar set of glasses from a competitor on June 7th, which I received June 19th. (Background) I originally ordered on May 7th and shortly after received a shipping notice. After a couple of weeks without any updates I checked with support who informed me that the label had been created but the package was not picked up by USPS, but it would be shipping soon. Waiting a couple more weeks (June 10th) there were still no updates with zero indication anything had been shipped. I reached back out to support, and without a clear answer I gave my 1-star review here on TrustPilot. Yesglasses reached back out June 19 to affirm they were shipping a new pair out immediately, giving me a new shipping label, and which was delivered June 30th.

prompt service,well made spectacles to proper prescription...only downside the cost of postage to UK

I am unhappy with the tight window on the return policy. I received a pair of glasses that were much too big and heavy for my face. I missed the return window by a week or so and have no option to return them although they gave me a 20% discount off my next order, however that doesn't cover the cost of the glasses.
