Working with the app was different initially but getting assistance over the phone was easy. The glasses I received from Yesglasses were prescription progressive lenses in gold metal round frames, and they were just perfect! In the past, I've tried multiple companies including Warby Parker, Cool , Glasses USA, Frames Direct, and a few other online stores but none of the glasses I received were as spot on as this pair from Yesglasses.
