Wrong style glasses, I do not wear white glasses, I asked for a black frame Minicircle frame with medium brown lenses

Screw fell out of frame and temple disengaged from front of frame causing glasses to fall off my face and onto a tile floor resulting in lens chipping.

Horrible quality for glasses that cost $40. My $10 Walgreens glasses have lasted longer. This is disappointing, as I wanted to get more stylish glasses at a reasonable cost point. I like style, and want several pairs of different glasses. If you forget a pair, have one in your car, office, work or wherever. If you wear glasses daily and care about style , this is a good brand- but if you care about quality- definitely NOT. For the cost of 3 pair, I could go to Warby Parker and they Guarantee the quality. This needs to improve to have customers pay $40 Each pair and they are super poor quality. Too bad I can’t figure out how to get a refund. Or even repair.

12 days later and glasses still havent shipped

I ordered my glasses on Jan 31, 2026. They shipped on Feb 5, 2026 and was suppose to arrive on Feb 9th. On Feb 13th, I finally got ahold of the company only to find out the glasses were shipped back to them. I requested to have them shipped by UPS, instead of USPS and was told I'd have to pay $18 to change shipping. On Feb 16th, I called them again and again told me I'd have to pay$18. I asked for a manager and was told, after holding for 10 minutes, that it would be 2-3 hour wait for a manager????????? WHAT???. They finally agreed to ship by UPS but take another 24 hours to process the order again. I'm so F%^&*#G MAD and still have no glasses

Ordered 2 different frames about a week apart. Both arrived with the prescription WAY off. Left side was completely blurry. Took them to my local optician to check prescription and they were surprised how far off they were. I asked for a credit for the lenses so that I could take them locally, to a trusted professional. My only option was to keep them or send them back for a refund. They wouldn't even attempt to fix the issue. Unimpressed. You get what you pay for.

Quite a scam they have going! There glasses are complete garbage and they will not refund your money!

This company sucks! I ordered 5 pair if glasses! 3 were perfect! 2 were terrible and they blamed it on me after they promised me to correct the error!! I am SO mad!! Never again!!!
