The app could do with a bit of an update to make race search easier. Add filters. For me, I like to collect counts rather than metals, so it would be easier for me to find them with a filter.

Yes definitely! Thank you for your feedback

I really enjoy the app and the races. I would love it more if it offered kilometre tracking as well as miles, to save having to make conversions. Also sometimes on the map, pictures along the route are repeated, which can be disappointing. Otherwise great! I love the milestones and the rewards. Thanks for helping to motivate me!

So sorry you had duplicates in your race, as far as converting to kilometers I will pass this feedback along to the dev team. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

When I go to log in my workouts I have to aim for the blue slit at the bottom of my screen to get to the custom area. It is covered every day by something else and is a constant annoyance. Other than that I enjoy the mile markers. Some of them are very instructive.

Thank you so much for this feedback. We will get it to the dev team to look it over.

Absolutely love the program but it is way too expensive for an adjunc to normal gym membership.

Would be nice if the app automatically synced with Fitbit rather then having to log workouts. Unless I’m missing a step that i didn’t understand
Response from Yes.FitJan 18, 2022
Hey Lori! You can sync a device or manually log your workouts :) There should be a manage devices button when you click on your race and go to the Old Dashboard. If you need any help or have any questions, please message into Customer Service through our FAQ section on the website :)

Yesfit is the first walking group I’ve joined so I have nothing like it to compare it to. The customer service is very helpful. It’s nice that specials are offered. My biggest disappointment was finding out that not every race offered a coin because I started out purchasing coins and would have liked to collect one for every race mainly because they are easier to display, small, uniform and tidy. Overall I like to be challenged so it’s nice to have a group like this.

Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. I will definitely forward your suggestion to the team about having more races with coins :)

Sometimes the app goes funky which is frustrating. I also liked seeing the year to date stuff but that's just magically gone. Made me sad. Other then that I love the medals and can't wait for 2022
Response from Yes.FitJan 15, 2022
Hey Joni, the YTD totals are actually under profile tab with all your daily totals. If you need any help navigating the app please message into the green chat bubble and we can help you with any issues you are having. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you.
