It’s a good idea but execution just isn’t there yet. I like the virtual “races” but they aren’t really races if there’s no time limit or competition. I originally thought it would be like an in person race where they took times and the top however many would get prizes but no. Everyone wins. The app doesn’t always work. Sometimes I open it and it doesn’t say I have any races when I do. I have logged many miles but the race says I have only logged half that much. But the customer service is friendly, helpful and prompt.

When I first joined Yes.Fit it was exciting. The themes were interesting with their storyline, the distances were challenging, and the app was easy to navigate. Since then the swag store has been the focus. Rewards are no longer rewards with all the different swag available. The ultimate game changer for me and helped me make a decision to end my subscription was the change in the app. Yes, it seems to hold more information but to find what you are looking for is difficult. I wanted to see past race info and it took longer than it should have to find it, so the app is not user friendly. I also would have liked a dark theme available in the app. Colors that are too bright hurt my eyes, so I tried to avoid using the app much. I do appreciate the Yes.Fit team and what they have tried to do. Maybe over time, if things change, I'll resubscribe. Thank you.

There have been lots of glitches with the website/app. Miles not counted and the fixes, even the ones that worked, not straight forward to make it happen. Also things fixed or linked don’t stay linked or fixed.

I used to love yes fit! Now I still like it, but I feel like it’s more about the Merchandise now than fitness. Like an exercise app that would be on Hsn or qvc.

I appreciate the way the races get you motivated but the prices have been gradually going up (Not great for someone on fixed income) and the tee shirts (which is what I usually get) are very very inconsistent on the quality, fit and the material they are made of. The silky polyester ones are terrible and show every little bulge you have, colors have been inconsistent also and there are too many cartoonish ones (great for kids but adults not so much) Overall ok but I’m taking a break right now, still walking but not with the app. May get back later.

I hate the new dashboard. I am glad you let me use the old one, but I have the feeling that won't be forever. I get too many emails from you. I don't know how to reduce the number without unsubscribing. And I hate that I see the club races as a default. I cannot afford the club. I would prefer to have the choice.

I love love love Yes.Fit, first and foremost. I was able to loose over 60 pounds with Yes.fit’s self paced activities. I was able to get the premo-Yes.fit plan before the change happened at a discount and loved it. I wish I would of stayed on the virtual plan for $4 a month because I can’t afford the only plan offered. I’m a new mom to twins and that extra money isn’t around anymore, thus the ranking score. I don’t like that there is only one payment option. I have one race left and after that I’m not sure if and/or when I’ll able to afford to get a new race and I truly don’t want the stuff. I enjoy the virtual aspect with the maps and progress.

I absolutely love the way it is supposed to work. But ever since the app updated months ago it no longer works properly. I have to constantly log out and back in, or clear cache, or un install and reinstall program to get workouts from my Samsung Health app to my yes fit.
