I do not like this app. It's not user friendly.

The $$ has risen while quality has dropped. You force users to signup for premium to get the good metals. It's no longer worth it to me. I'll finish what I have then will no be doing any more.

What I love is the quality of the medals. They are beautiful and very well made. I enjoy the variety of races and other workouts too. I'm not at all impressed with the membership and the "discounts" that come with it. It truly seems the membership alone cancels out any true discount. It simply doesn't make sense. I was a member for about 8 months at the cheaper rate which is no longer available. I didn't find it of value and definitely would not find the now higher cost of membership of any real value either.

App and Website slow and difficult. The recent updates to the app and website make it slow and difficult to use. Rather than use each daily like I used to, I now stack up my workouts in my FitBit and transfer them to Yes.Fit once a week using the website. Looking at and researching new races is ridiculously cumbersome, so I doubt I'll do many more until things are user friendly.

The app is terrible with the latest update and crashes regularly in addition to making it so hard to find anything. Also, the races are getting to be too expensive and I will need to stop doing them altogether

I’m giving this rating for a few reasons. One is because yes.fit changed their layout to their page, along with limiting choices for certain races(only a shirt or medal, not both like it was previously). Let’s not forget about the glitches that take place. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Next one is their FB page. Too many people posting about other running groups/apps/events, even though they’re not supposed to, while the admin does next to nothing to stop it. I’ve not purchased anything from yes.fit in over a year and have no desire to start now.

The program has gone downhill the last 18 months. They keep pushing the membership plans (and raising the prices on them) while at the same time devaluing them. For instance members are supposed to get 20% off. But there is also a discount for everyone for buying multiples. This does not properly stack for members. Additionally, when they run sales, non members get 10% off, while members only get an extra 5% off. When you run the math, the membership discount is closer to 10% rather than the 20% they advertise. Then they have added in these new workouts for members only, but they won't enable them on the website, requiring us to use their buggy app to access them. I consider these workouts useless as a result and don't count them as a benefit. Finally, they are horrible about communicating. I've had items on back order for weeks, and the only way to find out is to proactively reach out to customer service, and be told to be patient with no date estimate. An email or even just updating the online account with a status of "backordered" would go a long way here. We'd at least know it wasn't lost in the mail or otherwise forgotten. It is so sad to see a once great program slide so far like this.

Your premise is good and I enjoy the types of challenges. However, your app is not user friendly and doesn’t accept communication preference changes. Also, you can’t see just a list of your active and pending races- it adds in all of your other races that I haven’t purchased.
