Does not Sync!!! Every time I start a new race, it refuses to sync. Even to get it to go to the next race, I have to delete the app and reinstall. Major frustration. I will find another race app to use that doesn't have this problem. Edited to add: I have contacted support the last two times this happened and they merely advise me to uninstall and reinstall the app. The app should be able to go from one race to the next without this step. It is unacceptable.

I had a membership for nearly two years. I enjoyed the app for some time but when it came to renew this year - I cancelled. Shirt sizing is horrible. Beginning medals were great but now it’s obvious they are cutting corners. Sharp edges on the medals, ribbons not cut properly or sewn backwards. Sometimes it would take weeks at a time after completing a race to receive - other times half of your items would be out of stock with no note. With all this and the premium membership being over $100. I felt they no longer deserved my business.

I will not be using the Yes.Fit app any longer. While the idea is great and I have enjoyed participating, the use of cultural appropriation is unacceptable to my values. I have attempted to address this concern on their Facebook feed, however, it is deleted and reported as against community standards. You are right about one thing, against community standards. You are profiting financially off of symbols that my family would have been beaten, abused and even killed over. The use of the dreamcatcher, from my tribe (Ojibwe), is this. I had two grandmothers and an uncle survive Indian Residential School. If they spoke their language, wore regalia, or had an symbols of their culture they were punished severely. 6,000 graves of dead children have been uncovered in Canada, and you make money off of the "pretty" dreamcatcher. And ironically silence those who attempt to inform you of this injustice. I am disgusted by your business practice and so thus I will not financially support this anymore. I am sure this will also be deleted, so much easier than taking responsibility.

The customer service sucks, and the merchandise is very cheaply made considering the price.

Every order I ever made, whether it be for a race or bonus apparel had been messed up every time. I had started YesFit races at the beginning of the year to motivate me towards my goal, but with all the issues I had with every order, I quickly stopped buying races and have stopped participating in any of them because the entire process had just become a great burden and source of frustration. I am no longer a YesFit athlete and I will not be returning to YesFit

I have a serious problem with these people. First their app doesn't work that well. Secondly they don't monitor their facebook group in an honest way. I pointed out someone who was CLEARLY a troll and I was told that "his fitness journey was his own business". The guy was posting stupid videos on race cars. I really don't know what that has to do with fitness. That was bad enough, but the hideous admin THEN went and told me that because I reported someone, I WAS BANNED FROM POSTING. I made a snide comment asking her how much the troll paid her. She responded by booting me from the group. You, your company, your app can ALL GO JUMP IN A LAKE AND DROWN. And I mean this from the bottom of my heart.

Still have not received the item I was billed for, even after I was told it would be shipped
