I really like the different races. I love to travel but often can’t afford to go to these places. By looking at the maps it helps with my sense of adventure & travel. My only minor complaint is with the newest update it is really different to contact the Green Bubble people (customer service). Other than that, I really like Yes.Fit.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t fully read my initial statement and ended up refunding two races totally, when really I only wanted a refund for the two shirts (but still wanted to keep the medals and still do the races). Not a huge deal, as I can rebuy the races at a later day.

Oh no, Melissa! I will inform the team and see what we can do. Thanks for the insightful feedback!
Sandra
I like using Yes.Fit, it helps keep me motivated to continue to run, walk, jog, etc and get miles in. 2 things that would make it even better is if in the app it was easier to tell what membership ypu currently have. The second being making it easier to find the races that donate a portion to good causes.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your feedback! The Yes.Fit team is so happy that we're able to motivate you. We are working to improve the membership experience, but I will let the team know. Also, if you go to the races section, we know have an area where there are designated "Race for a Cause," so you can easily find those races that donate to various charities.

Sometimes (most times) the pictures don’t load on my workout alerts so I can’t see where I am in my challenge. But otherwise I love the Great American Adventure Challenge is super fun. I love tracking my mileage and having a challenge to focus on.

I enjoy Yes.Fit, but wish they would have some longer races than 20 -30 miles as I have completed most of the races and am now just doing The Great American Adventure ( these miles are crazy). I feel that the cost to be a member is a little expensive especially since they are not coming up with longer races. I have asked several times when they were going to add new ones.
Response from Yes.FitOct 13, 2021
HI Alene, We’re so glad you had a good experience. Please note we do have many races over the 100 miles mark. Have you seen the Vampire , Petal to the medal or Snow queen races yet as these are some of our longer races.
Danessa
Update: I had already programmed that I wanted only running to count on this specific race and it completed it anyways... maybe a glitch? Love this app! Just wish there was a way to keep certain things from automatically syncing. I was out of wifi range for a week and when my watch synced it automatically completed a race for me using walking logs. I didn't want the walking logs to count but once the race finished there was no getting it back. Maybe having like a "confirm race is finished" button in the future? Other than that, it's great!
Response from Yes.FitOct 13, 2021
HI Danessa, Please be advised that if you would ever like to keep miles from auto syncing you can pause the race and manually enter them at your earliest connivance. Please also note that you can set what activity you would like to save to your race .For instance if you didn't want your daily activity to save them you could unselect daily activity. Then select what you would like to save.
