I’ve been trading with yellow card and recently I think they’re taking peoples money. I made a withdrawal on February 9th and until today I have received my money. I keep contacting them and they ignoring me. Sometimes they only say they received my complaint, that’s all. I’d have stopped sending emails but it’s a huge amount of money and I won’t stop! And I’ve waited for two week. They won’t cancel my withdrawal and neither will they process my withdrawal.

FAST TRANSACTIONS within an hour L uno takes 3 days and blames the banks and threatens to block your account when you complain. It happened on the 6th of February 2021, I traded my bitcoin for cash, but I couldn't find my money for cash withdrawal, it disappeared from my wallet!! Please do something about it.. I've been using Yellow card for long now and haven't got any issues not until now..

Yellow card contacted me and the issue was resolved after a week . I propose they work more on their customers care team Cos I wasn’t even informed when the issue was resolved jst noticed the coin had been sent.

Yellow card is a greatvsite but the only problem is the false valuevplaced on the price of bitcon.. When ur bitcoin is on hold they put in a specific price.. But when u try to sell it baded on the price in ur wallet they reduce ur profit drastically.
