I mail my mortgage payments on time every month to First Bank at the Dallas location, when I mail first class mail it arrives late, when I mail certified mail, it arrives within 4 days as I’m notified by the post office. It goes to a lockbox at a Dallas location. Is anyone else having a problem with them receiving your payment in a timely manner?

This company is just a nightmare. Very terrible customer service. If you want to avoid high BP, please avoid this bank.

This bank is not about the customer. The overall interaction strategy is to make things easy for them, hard for you. I contacted to payoff a lone (you can't just pay it off online). The website showed 81.17, the agent at the bank said it was 81.75 and to contact some outside payoff number. I called them and they said the payoff was 87.75. THREE different numbers? and their was a $6.00 fee to pay off. NEVER GET a loan directly or through a car agency. It's all about them and I don't know if you can trust any number they give you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. PATTY KINYON is a horrible person and manager. She let my Father send money to a fraudster. When you walk into the bank the employees look so unhappy to be there because of Patty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!

I was greeted immediately upon arrival by the staff asked me how she can help me I told her I was there to open an account. She proceeded to take me to Jorge Silva Guishard who assisted me immediately in the opening of the account. Very helpful explaining throughly the services they provide.

If I could give a negative "Star" I would. Trying to cash out an IRA that I am a beneficiary on and it's been an absolute joke. The customer specialist is not knowledgeable enough to be doing IRA's and it's taking multiple days to get the money that we needed sooner rather than later. I am very disappointed with the service and honestly will not bank here once this is all settled. I've had an account since 2000. 26 years and will not recommend to anyone! Do better for your loyal customers.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. To think these people are in charge of my mortgage. I always pay my payments ahead of time and now all of a sudden my payments are being rejected because they "can't locate the bank routing number" I've been paying from this bank account for years. Absolutely disgusted and I couldn't even speak to anyone besides "Diego" or his manager "Dora". What is this? Dora the explorer trying to find my bank account?
