I joined yellow card a month ago and my email stayed for a while without being verified even after many trials. But when I contacted them they dealt with the problem. And also withdrew 2dollars for refferals. But what I may say they are just moderate. Is like their servers are old fashioned. Or whatever they use😅. Almost everything you have to contact them. Please upgrade whatever you use if you want to see a 1M USD transaction in an hour in your system 😅

I am new to Yellow Card. My first transaction from MTN Cameroon to the yellow card wallet was instant. The charge for the MTN to yellow card was fair and fixed as I noticed so the higher the amount, the the more beneficial it is for the customer. I used the money in my yellow card account to purchase some USDT, the transaction was immediate. I then tried to transfer it to my binance wallet and the transaction wich was supposed to take a few minutes took over 48 hours. I wrote yellow card support but didn't get any replies so naturally I thought I had been scammed but on the third day I checked my binance and realised the funds had reached the wallet. I was relieved and went back to yellow card to send the remaining balance. This time the transaction took less than 2 minutes to reach binance. Yellow Card might have a crappy customer service but they are not a scam. their fees are high though. but when you can't use a debit card and only MTN is available to you as an option, then you might want to consider P2P or yellow card and be patient.

It happened on the 6th of February 2021, I traded my bitcoin for cash, but I couldn't find my money for cash withdrawal, it disappeared from my wallet!! Please do something about it.. I've been using Yellow card for long now and haven't got any issues not until now..

Yellow card is a greatvsite but the only problem is the false valuevplaced on the price of bitcon.. When ur bitcoin is on hold they put in a specific price.. But when u try to sell it baded on the price in ur wallet they reduce ur profit drastically.
