Quick and easy

My experience with Yarrow Financial was extremely disappointing. I was told that the financing would cost “way less than putting it on a credit card.” Based on that representation, I provided my information to apply for pre-approval. After completing the application, I was given a daily payment rate rather than a clear APR. Once I calculated the equivalent annual percentage rate, it came out to approximately 46% APR. That was completely different from what I expected based on the initial explanation, so I declined the offer and told them that I felt my time had been wasted and that the terms had been misrepresented. Despite repeatedly telling them to stop contacting me, I continue to receive calls. I consider the ongoing contact unwanted and harassing. I would strongly recommend getting the complete payment schedule, total repayment amount, and APR in writing before providing personal information or accepting anything from this company.

The level of communication by Yarrow representatives is amazingly poor. They send uncontrolled unfinished form letters at random. The form letters have no basis in reality. Promises to return telephone calls were unmet. A week would go by without cause. I would not recommend this business under any circumstances.

The staff was very knowledgable and worked to help get the best plan for us. Service is quick and effiecient. They stay in contact with you.
