I’m giving 3 stars because they made me sign up for 20k than the next day said I can only get 15k So that’s a huge joke

Hi Chad- thank you for the feedback. We apologize that the funding amount changed at the end. The lender originally provided us with the offer of 20k originally. Once they receive the closing documents required, they do their final review before funding. After that review was completed, they decided to adjust the offer due to their internal risk level. This is not our algorithm or decision to make, but theirs. We understand how frustrating this can be and how it can create a bad experience.
