Horrible outcome. Went to Yarrow because I wanted a less expensive alternative to my current OnDeck line of credit. I explained to Ray that I liked the way it worked, just the interest was too high. I was needing a short term bridge loan until one of my flip houses sold/closed.
Ray was very nice on the phone and said that he could set me up with a system the would get increasingly better, but even in the beginning would still be less expensive than the OnDeck LOC. (OnDeck had cost me $3000 for $60000 for 1 month)
He then got me set up with a loan through Credibly.
This new “better plan” ended up costing me $37,000 for $100k after 1month.
And then communication ended with Ray and I couldn’t get calls/texts/emailed returned.
After going back through the creatively worded contract, Credibly does not charge interest monthly/daily, like any other loan I’ve ever had. They charge it all up front. If this was intended to be short term from the start, how does a loan with no prepayment clause make ANY sense? And I already had excellent credit to start with. I’m sick to my stomach every day on how much money I got screwed out of on this deal.

No response
Completed application. Received text from Jamie Nocella 13 days ago saying all my documents were received and should have some decisions shortly. No responses to my texts or voicemail. Just ghosted me. If I do not qualify it would at least be professional to let me know.

Hi David- thank you for your review. We apologize for this as we dropped the ball here. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and it will be corrected.

My experience with Yarrow Financial was…
My experience with Yarrow Financial was extremely disappointing. I was told that the financing would cost “way less than putting it on a credit card.” Based on that representation, I provided my information to apply for pre-approval.
After completing the application, I was given a daily payment rate rather than a clear APR. Once I calculated the equivalent annual percentage rate, it came out to approximately 46% APR. That was completely different from what I expected based on the initial explanation, so I declined the offer and told them that I felt my time had been wasted and that the terms had been misrepresented.
Despite repeatedly telling them to stop contacting me, I continue to receive calls. I consider the ongoing contact unwanted and harassing. I would strongly recommend getting the complete payment schedule, total repayment amount, and APR in writing before providing personal information or accepting anything from this company.

Hi Kyle- thank you for the feedback. We do follow up with folks that have previously received offers as the lending landscape changes. It looks like we sent we sent you 3 text messages over the course of 3 months. We apologize for so many. On the most recent, you opted out which can be done at any time.
Regarding the offer: It looks like we offered 19% for a year. The lenders that will approve for lower rates declined the file. This was the best option we received for your profile. We don't charge any fees for taking the application and getting offers for you. You didn't like the offer, and that's ok. Sometimes we get quotes that we don't like. You have removed yourself from future communications so you shouldn't get anything else. Thank you

The level of communication by Yarrow…
The level of communication by Yarrow representatives is amazingly poor. They send uncontrolled unfinished form letters at random. The form letters have no basis in reality. Promises to return telephone calls were unmet. A week would go by without cause. I would not recommend this business under any circumstances.

Hi Christian- thanks for providing this feedback. Can you please help us understand what you mean by "uncontrolled unfinished form letters"? We are trying to understand understand what happened here. Thank you

It was good until it wasn't
Ray was very helpful in the beginning. He help me with the paperwork and negotiate with lenders but once I was funded, thats where it stopped. He and I had made a financial to take temporary lending and then renegotiate the terms and work towards securing a larger line of credit and at a lower rate. Now that I have satisfied payments for some time now, i have reached out several times and he wont return my calls. i wish we could have worked together more.

Hi Josh- Thank you for the review. We have looked into this internally. It does appear we missed call, and apologize for that. Ray has since been in contact with you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Thank you

I cannot get them to stop emailing me…
I cannot get them to stop emailing me no matter how hard I've tried. MANY emails a day. Don't give them your info.

Hello Cindy- Thanks for your feedback. It appears you filled out an inquiry with us on 7/15 but never completed the application process.
We do not see an request via email or text message asking to remove you. All of the text and emails also have opt out functions for self service. We were simply trying to get in touch with you to complete the process. Ty

TERRIBLE experience so far (Fake…
TERRIBLE experience so far (Fake reviews?) -
RESPONSE TO YARROW FINANCIAL RESPONSE TO THIS REPOST - As shared I REPOSTED this because Trustpilot took it down due to saying it has contact information which I thought I removed.
This isn't a NEW posting but just the reposting of the previous one for posterity's sake.
No issues with Yarrow Financial since then but didn't want this to be taken down, so I just reposted this.
Feel free to reach out if any of this is unclear.
HAD TO REPOST THIS BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL POST WAS TAKEN DOWN BECAUSE IT HAD IDENTIFICATION INFO THAT I'VE SINCE REMOVED.
RESPONSE UPDATED
I saw all of the reviews about how Yarrow Financial was a great company but that has not been my experience so far.
I don't even have a loan with them, but I'm just sharing this in an attempt someone will read it and actually call me back. I submitted an application on March 30th for a line of credit and never got a response.
I then followed up on May 2nd and heard from someone who works there letting me know that I needed to submit by additional March and April bank statements. He said he would confirm receipt and send me the details of what they could offer for a potential line of credit.
It has been almost two weeks and have yet to hear anything back. When you call the number on their website it rings and rings and eventually goes to a voicemail asking you to leave a message and someone will call you back.
I'm not saying all of these reviews are fake, but I can't think they are all real based on what I've experienced so far, so I would be leery if you are considering using them.
UPDATE FROM YARROW FINANCIAL RESPONSE:
I find it hard to believe this is true.
I have several phone and text messages from you from the initial reach out, as well as the call on May 2nd when the same employee called back. I also have the email from that Yarrow Financial Employee on May 2nd requesting for me to respond with my March and April bank statements.
However, I have ZERO missed phone calls, emails, or messages from anyone since that time. I find it challenging to believe that ALL of those first ones came through but your recent outreach have not come through at all (or you're implying that I'm just not responding to them).
I have the receipt of where I emailed the follow-up message after my March 30th application submission, as well as the follow up email I sent on May 2nd. I also just followed up and emailed the corporate email you gave as requested. I can share screenshots of both of them for proof.
I can respect if someone dropped the ball and just didn't do their job. That's an individual mistake and happens when individual employees may be overwhelmed or not as attentive to their roles as they should. However, to attempt to put it back on me as if I didn't do what was asked of me and return your phone calls or email you what was requested is indicative of a company that has more issues than just an individual not doing his/her job.
This appears to be more of a leadership issue.
If you truly want to stand behind your statement that you reached out "numerous" times to try to reach me, I would hope that you would respond to my follow up email that I just sent today to make sure you get in contact with me. I also just sent a text to a number that I got a text from an employee on earlier to make sure I covered all of my bases.
Feel free to follow up if you are committed to the narrative that you reached out to me and I never responded, so we can clear this up accordingly.

Ken- we have addressed this with you numerous times now. We successfully facilitated the line of credit you requested that was funded on 5/19.
Our rep has contacted you, spoken with you, emailed with you, and answered all questions you have asked us including questions about your line of credit. We are happy to have a working relationship together, but we cannot continue to communicate with this type of rhetoric. Please let us know if you would like to us to cease communication. Thank you.

They are froud
They are froud, offer 7% intrest and end up 24% intrest beware of this company unless you so desperate.
Response from Yarrow FinancialJun 23, 2026
Hi Alexander- thank you for your feedback. After review, the reason you didn't qualify for the 7% interest rate is because your personal credit score is below 700. Unfortunately, that does not qualify for the top credit tier approvals.
We approved you for the best that you could qualify for. We do not charge any fees or do a hard credit pull to process your application and get you a quote.
Thank you
