The Yankee Candle CompanyReviews of yankeecandle.com

This company create great quality candles that always smell and look amazing. My partner and I have so many that our home possibly looks like a Yankee Candle show room! The new Rainbow Cookie smells insanely gorgeous though the confections used on the label are macarons not cookies (they're also a bit of a mess, which distracts away from the packaging a little). Currently we also own the Summer Scoop which is the perfect scent for the warmer months. We've also nerf experienced issues with quality, wicks, lack of smell etc.

I love the Yankee Candle Store near me the manager there is always so pleasant going out of her way to tell me about the sales her staff are always very helpful and now that they have the coupons and these amazing sales;the candles and product there is so affordable now I cannot get enough of it! I love the fact that if you are not satisfied with the candle you can exchange it or return it which I’ve never returned just only had to exchange out a few times and no hassle at all so there’s no losing there you just cannot tell how a certain scent will burn and I love the fact they stand behind their product I do not know anyone that will do that! Thank you Yankee Candle keep the sales and coupons coming and thank you for standing behind your product you have a customer for life!

excellent service! Ordered Christmas gifts yesterday and they arrived today. Really well packaged too

Hatte schon mal bei Yankee Candle USA telefonisch bestellt.Hat wunderbar geklappt.

Always great selection, prices, sales, service.

They are truly a great company. Their products are great quality, their scents are strong but not overpowering. I find a lot of the sweeter scents in other brands almost sickly, but Yankee candle scents are all wonderful. Their customer service is second to none. I've have the occasional smashed candle (due to the shippers not Yankee candle) and they have been super quick and incredibly polite every time to help me.

Amazing! Love the candles & smells. Prices are expensive but worth it

Customer service is one of the best around. I order candles from Yankee quite often ...one shipment came with a broken candle. I called and was immediately shipped a new candle, that arrived 2 days later! Good company to do business with as well a best candles ever!
