Yankee Candle Customer Service Review
I recently visited the Yankee candle store in Dartmouth Mall Massachusetts. Sue, the assistant manager, waited on me and I was so impressed with her that I just had to write a review! She helped me select and personalize eight candles, and her professional attitude and personable service was outstanding! She answered my multiple questions with such patience and taught me how to put personal pictures and messages on all of the candies that I purchased; I couldn’t have done it without her! I have so far given out six of these candles and the recipients are thrilled! It’s wonderful customer service like this that keeps the customers coming back! Kudos to Sue! I will definitely be returning!
