YAMM, and the customer service, is awesome. I'm not a tech person and YAMM is super easy to use. The FAQ's are easy to understand and when I do communicate with a person they are friendly and helpful. I don't feel as if they are "talking down" to me because I'm not well-versed in technology. Being able to track results and respond to customers that report "we didn't receive the info" with the date and time the email was opened is fantastic.

So easy to use and integrate with Gmail, all the email marketing metrics you need, plus an amazing Support and Product team who go above and beyond to help with any challenges. I love working with YAMM and the team.

We've used Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) for about 2 years now to send personalized emails to our customers. It works flawlessly and reliably every time. We recently changed the team member who would be sending out the emails and the YAMM team was very helpful transferring the license.

The easy to send all contacts a personalized email and get the statistics of sent emailers.

Among various mail merging products, YAMM has been my first choice for its simplicity of use and reliable operation. The User Guide is also present and the user support is also fast and informative in case I needed it in rare occasions because its use is very intuitive. A thing I learned is to always send a test email (one of the options) because even if there is no obvious error, the email might not merge correctly due to specific interpretation of field markers, which your email program might interpret them with different success.
