With a free account and the need to send out more than my maximum of 50 in a 24 hour period, I asked if one comprehensive file could be used so successive YAMM merges would simply recognize what was done and send the next 50 out. This allows me to manage all of the information in one file. The answer was yes - one file to manage. Yeah! And, to my delight, the answer came about an hour after sending the question. Even better:-)

Have been using YAMM for many years. Never had an issue. Recently made the mistake of having an email in cc of the draft being sent and also in the cc column of the Google sheet with all the data. Didn’t realize I had done that. YAMM kept giving me an error that my emails were not valid. Sent a help request. To my surprise they responded in an hour. They asked me for the file and checked my data. Confirmed it was clean and calid. They asked for screen shots of my experience leading to error message. This led to discovery of the duplicate email in cc and cc column. All this took place over the course of a few emails. Problem solved. YAMM team was fast and fabulous!
