Beautiful bracelet. I purchased two. Love them.

Update to my previous review: after FIVE months, I’ve finally received my order. The quality is fine but after the run around and hassle I went through I won’t be ordering anything else from them. **************************** Four months later, I received a message that Yaluum wants more information in order to rate my experience as “genuine”. Four months. That should tell you everything you need to know about their “customer service”. The quality is fine. The delay in shipping and hassle in getting a resolution is not. I’ve had experiences with other online merchants and received outstanding customer service. Do your own research.

I placed the order in January 3 and received my order in April! Lack of communication on their end or even updates regarding the order. Unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this!! Update: they did try to reach out to me offering a bracelet to reconsider my review but I wasn’t interested.

I was sent the wrong order. The company got back to me and helped me out with sending back the wrong order I received and will be shipping me the original pair of earrings I ordered.

Beware... definitely would not recommend Yaluum. In mid-November 2025, I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift. When it didn't arrive by Christmas, I asked for a refund which they flatly refused. After over a dozen emails back and forth over several months promising "it will be shipped next week," it never arrived. I finally filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and was issued a refund in February 2026.

The bracelet I received isn’t stamped with the s925 100% sterling silver stamp and doesn’t have the clasp that is on videos and pics on Yaluum’s instagram and online store ,this is false advertising at its best ,I had already purchased same bracele in December and it is identical to what you advertised ,the one I received this past week looks and feels better like silver plated metal ,isn’t stamped with s 925 marking ,I want what I paid for ! Very simple !

This was the WORST experience I have ever had trying to return merchandise! After receiving the bracelet, I was unable to put it on because of the clasp. I was not happy with the clasp as it was cheap and not the quality I expected for the price that I paid ($191.00) I contacted the company and requested a refund. After many emails, they finally agreed to give me a refund after the bracelet was returned and inspected. It took weeks and many more emails and excuses before I was given return instructions and a return label! The bracelet was returned and I was told I would be receiving a credit to my credit card. It has been several weeks and again, after many emails and promises of the refund, I finally gave up and reported the problem to my credit card provider. The customer service people will give you the "run around" I never received so many emails! And in the end, they do not keep their promises!

This company is the absolute worst! Do not fall for their scams. I was compelled to order two pieces of jewelry based on their Instagram ad. What a scam! I ordered on 2/3 and never shipped and did it for a Vday gift. I just disputed the charge. Don't waste your time.
