I would not purchase from Yaluum again. I ordered a tennis bracelet and waited nearly two months to receive it. Throughout the process, customer support repeatedly told me the item had shipped but never provided a tracking number, making it impossible to verify where the package was or when it would arrive. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve after delivery. I encountered an issue with the bracelet and reached out to support for assistance. Responses were slow, and when they did reply, they often skirted around the actual issue rather than providing clear answers or solutions. The most frustrating part has been the lack of transparency. Even when discussing a replacement, support has been unwilling or unable to provide tracking information, leaving me in the dark once again about the status of my order. The jewelry itself is attractive, but the lengthy delays, poor communication, lack of tracking information, and unresponsive customer service made for a disappointing overall experience.

The bracelet quality was awesome. My only complaint was filling the order in a timely fashion. The response time to support emails. They finally got it to me the quality was A1.

Updated* oct 2024 The company got back to me and let me know their customer service department was dismantled and they only have one employee handling it right now. So far he has been extremely helpful and responding at a timely matter considering their situation. I was told the shipping speed, even though expedited was paid for, was out of their hands and hired by a 3rd party. They did okay my refund/replacement so that is nice. I have not received a new item or the refunded difference yet so I will again update when this entire deal is complete. Overall this gift us extremely late, and the process/shipping is slow. But, the employee helping me has been helpful and pleasant . _________________ I was a first time buyer from this store. I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive it, USPS Ground was used. When I reached out for a resolution or refund of the extra cost I was not answered. 4 days went by after that email and I sent another email asking for a size exchange or return. It has been an additional 3 days and I have still not heard back. There is a 14 day return/exchange policy so I will give it a few more days for a response before and possibly update my review. At this point the store/website is impossible to communicate with and has no customer service. If a resolution is found i will update with a possible slow customer service instead of no.

the earring backs are not big enough

Quality was average at best! One one the stems was bent! Was expecting more!

I liked the packaging but the earrings were ALOT smaller than expected.
