The Tour Guide and bus driver were wonderful! This trip was more of a pilgrimage than a vacation so it had many challenges. How do you please 40 people? The way Ya'lla did, with flexibility, respect, and a good dose of humor!

Clients had a little problem with American Airlines, late flights and not good service....other than that there trip was wonderful...Working with you as an agent was very pleasing too! The flights were not booked with Yalla but the rest of the trip was and from pick ups, transfers, hotels and everything else included these ladies had an awesome time. They and myself would recommend your company anytime.....

Once we were in Israel, the tour organization was flawless. I don't give five stars because I felt that the Yalla agents I dealt with by phone were difficult.

Zvika was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and personable. Our leaders, Larry and Bill were great teachers. The trip was amazing and I am so glad I went. My only complaint was that too many things were packed into the agenda. If they had left out just a few of the attractions, we would have had more time to absorb what we were seeing and we wouldn't have felt so rushed or been so exhausted. Several members of our group described the tour as "grueling". The extreme heat only compounded this. We were able to see and do amazing things, and the Bible is more real to me now. The bus was very comfortable and the hotels were satisfactory. It was a once in a lifetime adventure!

Wonderful experience in the Holy Land,however, July is much too hot to do the number of activities at the pace needed to do them. That's the only reason 4 stars were chosen. Wonderful guide, very knowledgeable. Wonderful bus driver, very skilled in handling the tight areas and very familiar with the sites/routes. Larry had a lot of interesting information and knowledge to add to the experience. I will always treasure this trip and be totally grateful for the opportunity to go to the Lord's Holy Land and to have walked where my Savior walked. The Jordan River baptism was awesome.

They only fell down on document delivery. Service was wonderful.

great trip overall, The guide and driver were very experienced and professional. I would have liked to receive trip information including reading suggestions earlier.
