My husband and I just got back from the Israel Heritage Tour offered by Ya'lla Tours. We knew wanted to travel with an experienced group, for safety reasons and because this was our first time overseas. After extensive research and making numerous phone calls, one of our travel agents, as well as some frequent traveling friends, told us that Ya'lla Tours was the way to go. We were told they were very professional and reliable. We found that they were all that and more. Prior to the trip they provided us with lots of information-a detailed day to day itinerary, what our trip included and did not include, packing tips, and lots of information about Israel- geography, language/vocabulary, climate, health, security and much more. Everything went very smoothly, from being greeting at the airport to enjoying time with the most amazing and knowledgeable tour guides ever. Israel was the most fantastic trip we have ever been on. I would definitely use this travel company again.

Ya'lla Tours is one of the best tour companies I have ever used --especially for places like Turkey and Greece. From door to door we were taken care of and participated in iconic cities/events/places that we had always heard about. In person everything comes to life with their guides as they transport you back in time.... They answered every question and were up to the minute on all that was happening and that had happened in each place we visited. Would not hesitate to use their services again...

He has extensive connections and contacts and is able to offer outstanding group experiences at relatively affordable prices. This level of personalized service, delivered promptly, is increasingly hard to find.

The tour agency was able to accommodate our special needs and requests. We were provided with clear and interesting information about the tour ahead of time. Each day of the tour was explained to us the day before so we could be on time and prepared for the day's events. All questions were answered by our guide. The hotels and buses were comfortable and met all of our needs. The final hotel even had a scale so we could weigh our suitcases before our flight home to the U. S. A. We were completely satisfied with the tour and would recommend it to friends.
