Wonderful guide and great driver, though there appeared to be some differences of opinion between the two at times. I would want Mohammad (the guide), if I went again. Wadi Rum, Jerash and Petra are all marvels and if you are a traveler wanting to see the marvels of this world it has to be on your bucket list. I made the mistake of choosing a hotel not in old Amman, with only a few hours there it was impossible to see much. Lots of driving, look for ways to make the most of your stay. The only hiccup from the tour provider side was the driver on the Israeli side on our return was an hour late picking us up. It is possible we were early getting there, but we were not rushing anyone to get us there early. In any case the timing was not good. So we might make a few adjustments, but would not hesitate to go again with Ya’lla.

The guide, Ronen, was very good and knowledgeable! He did not know about the wines but he did know how to get to the wineries!! He was a pleasure to have around!! (He did call the restaurant where my husband thought he left his credit card, spoke to them, and found out that the credit card was indeed there!)

This was my 1st ever guided tour and Ya'lla Tours raised my expectations! I went on the Israel tour that visited Tiberas and Jerusalem. The food, accommodations, and the tour guides were all top notch! Every day was organized very well and went seamlessly. The tour guides were knowledgeable and imparted a lot of information regarding the sites we visited. Day 1 of trip we were able to visit Magdala which was not part of our original itinerary, but that ended up being my favorite stop of the day. My only negative - that prevented a perfect score of 5 - was to have a direct flight to Tel Aviv or for Ya'lla Tours to choose a different airline. We flew Turkish Airlines with a connection in Istanbul. Nevertheless, it was an exhausting checking and boarding experience! There were multiple checkpoints which I don't see in other countries. The great highlight of the tour was our guide was Jacob. He was so much fun and I don't think I've laughed that much on a tour! I had a great time and I'm already looking forward to going back to Jerusalem!

Enjoyed the tour and would have liked to have more time at some of the sights. Often seemed rushed in order to get everything in.

Israel October 2017 Ya'lla Tours USA did a very good job on setting up this tour with some exceptions that I will explain at the end. First I would like to say that the group of 51 was an outstanding group of saints. As a stranger in their midst everyone made me feel welcome and I want to thank each one for blessing me greatly and for accepting me as they did to share this time and travel with them. This was a fast pace tour without a break and as a group I would travel again with you all. There was not a single case of disruption or problem except when the bus broke down on the last day, But that was replaced in a timely order and we made our schedule okay. The hotels were good and not so good. The hotel at Tiberius was a 1.5 star at best. The food was good, but the room was absolutely dirty. And housekeeping did not do any cleaning during the stay. The bed was made and the towels changed was all that was done. The bathroom counter was not even cleaned nor were the drinking glasses cleaned or replaced. And the hotel at Jerusalem was at best a 2.5 star. Cleaner, but not a comfortable room. The food there was not bad, but not exceptional either. I would not stay at either again if I was making the choice. The other hotels were very nice and comfortable. My Thanks to Kent Sherwood and his wife for all of their help and for the answering of the many questions and to Tracie for all of your help. The hotel issue is the only reason that there is only four stars. Jacob did a fine job and so did the bus driver. My thanks also to Pastor Hansen and Melisa. Great leadership. While everything weren't all that bad, we wish that all the hotels were a little better. Food at the last hotel we stayed in Jerusalem has far better selections of food with great service compare to the rest. The Leonardo Hotel is anything but a 4.5 stars hotel. I will not even give it a 3.5. Maybe a 3 or 2.5 at best.

My Cuba tour was excellent in all respects. This would be a 5* rating were it not for the ball being dropped by Yalla when my flight was delayed, causing me ti miss my connection and forced a layover. This was not caused by Yalla, but they were unaware of the problem even after several attempts to contact them. "Closed over the weekend".

The staff was great. The tours were contracted out to local companies and they were not ran very well. That should have been vetted better.
