Lisa Christensen was excellent! She responded quickly to my emails or if I left a voicemail for her. She knew her product and explained the differences to me. Documents were accurate and arrived in a timely fashion, recognizing that my client was departing earlier than the start date of the tour.

Thanks to Teri M. and everyone else involved (state-side and abroad) in making my tour of Oman a great success! Ya'lla Tours confirmed my itinerary in record time with the very specific travel plan I requested. In Oman, the guides and drivers worked flawlessly together and there were no mistakes or disappointments. Oman is really a beautiful and unique country. My clients used Ya'lla in Havana for a shore excursion on a recent cruise. They were thrilled with the guide and the arrangements for their private tour. From my standpoint, as a travel agent making the reservation for them, I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to customize the tours for my clients so they could make the most of their short time in Cuba. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
