Excellente!,,,,,,,,,,,

The trip to Cuba was wonderful. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. She was very patient and kind to the group. She gave thorough explanation of the places we visited and the things that we saw. She took time to answer questions. Allow plenty of time to explore the sites on our own. She was still as pleasant at 11PM as she was when we met at 9AM. The lunch and dinner were wonderful. I enjoyed the ride in the classic cars. It was only one day but between, Old Havanna, the Day Care Center, the rum tasting, cigar smoking, revolution square, and the Tropicanna, I feel I received a real feel for the country.

Was a terrific trip with excellent guides. The guides made a point of avoiding crowds, which made a huge difference to our experience. They added a lot of personal touches to the trip, which we appreciated and enjoyed.

This is my second time using Ya’lla for travel to Morocco. They did such a great job the last time in developing a customized trip with a private tour guide and driver that we had no hesitation using them again. Ya’lla took all our preferences from our last trip and built an itinerary that exceeded expectations. They selected beautiful Riad-style hotels with great amenities for an authentic, but comfortable experience. Our driver was delightful and drove safely the entire time (we covered a lot of miles). Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kind. Both gentlemen took care of us every step of the way and were always on time. This trip, we wanted to spend some time in the High Atlas Mountains and do some light trekking. Ya’lla arranged for a special mountain guide who showed us a wonderful time. It was an amazing experience all around. After two trips with Ya’lla, I would use them for any future trips in the areas they cover.

We had guides in Aqaba and Ashdod (Jerusalem) for tours off of our cruise ship. At both places the guides were extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and were prompt and courteous. The vans were new models, clean and comfortable. They were patient and attentive to our needs (I am a slow walker) and eager to suggest places to rest and get water.

2nd time I've been with Ya'lla Tours for trips to Morocco. Excellent, flawless service both times with good, knowledgeable guides, safe drivers, and excellent hotel recommendations. Will use them again for some of the other countries they specialize in.

great experience, Zev was over the top.

This was an amazing trip. Zev was the perfect guide, so knowledgeable and relatable to our group. It would be great to travel with Zev again. Everything was set up perfectly and the whole trip ran beautifully. Thank you!
